Outlook Lodge Masorini is found in the charming town of Phalaborwa and is only a short drive from the Kruger National Park's Phalaborwa Gate.

Important Information
Cancellations Policy: A 50% Deposit will confirm your booking at Outlook Lodge. Booking has to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival.
If a cancellation is made after the deposit has been paid, the following cancellation fees will apply:
• 35+ days prior to date of stay – 5% of the total booking value.
• 15-34 days prior to date of stay – 50% of the total booking value/full deposit.
• 8-14 days prior to date of stay – 75% of the total booking value.
• 0-7 days prior to date of stay – 100% of the total booking value.
• No shows – 100% of the total booking value.
• Late arrivals & premature departures will be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed.
• Receipt of deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to our terms and conditions.
Child Policy:
• Children over twelve pay the normal adult sharing rate per night
• Children under 12 are charged 50% of the adult rate per night and may be required to share the parents’ room
• Children under 2 can stay free of charge and will be required to share the parents’ room.
• A portable cot is available by prior arrangement.
• We reserve the right to ask for proof of date of birth, so please do not be offended if we do.
