The house is located close to the Woodville Big Tree, the map of Africa, horse riding, hiking trails, canoeing and mountain biking. Wilderness and Sedgefield are nearby where one can enjoy the many beaches and restaurants if you don't want to cook at home.Knysna is only a 45-minute drive away and Mossel Bay and Oudtshoorn is about an hour's drive.
