Welcome to Oppie Hoek.Oppie Hoek is two luxury fully furnished, brand new self-catering apartments in the south of Bloemfontein. It is centrally located in Hospitaalpark near 2 major hospitals (Pasteur / Optima and Rosepark), as well as near the biggest shopping centers (Pick & Pay Hypermarket, Checkers Hyper, Game, Makro, CTM, Builders Warehouse to name but a few), Sentraalwes, the Bloemfontein Skouterrein, as well as the Windmill Casino. We are pet-friendly. There is secure parking in a fenced yard. Wi-Fi and Braai-facilities available. One apartment is on the ground
Although the stairs would need special supervision by parents with small children, we are child- and pet - friendly.
Two single beds can be joined for a King size bed on request.
The apartment gets deep cleaned after every guest, and we allow at least 3 days in between guests. Hand sanitizer is available, as well as enough cleaning accessories inside for use on demand.

Important Information
PLEASE NOTE:
1. NO SMOKING!!!
2. This flat is fully equipped and carefully cleaned for you. Please take care of it and it's contents. (Breakage-/replacement fee will be charged in case of intentional damage.)
3. Use water sparingly as we have water restrictions in Bloemfontein.
4. The trash can is between the sink and the stove, please use it.
5. PLEASE DO NOT feed the birds! (Bread crumbs, left-over food, etc...)
6. Keep the door and windows closed when using the air conditioner.
7. Although the small garden in the front is still under construction, you may use it (also for smoking) and relax on the benches.
PET OWNERS:
1. We are pet friendly. It means we love animals, it does not mean we like cleaning up after your animals.
2. Although the small garden in the front is still under construction, you may use it to walk your dog.
3. DO NOT feed your pets on the beds! (A replacement fee will be charged if bedding needs to be replaced.)
4. Bring your own "doggie-blankets" for your pet to sleep on.
