Ol Malo offers luxury accommodation situated on the northern edge of the Laikipia Plateau. The lodge offers full board accommodation, ideal for family vacations in the Place of the Great Kudud. Accommodation consists of four exclusive cottages, all individually decorated and with their own private veranda. The lodge itself features a dining room and a large sitting room with a fireplace where guests are welcome to relax and warm up after a game drive in one of our 4X4 vehicles. Accommodation consists of four exclusive cottages, all individually decorated and with their own private veranda. The lodge itself features a dining room and a large sitting room with a fireplace where guests are welcome to relax and warm up after a game drive in one of our 4X4 vehicles.

The horizon swimming pool provides superb views over the valley, and the lodge also offers a laundry service, gift shop, Internet access and credit card facilities. Electricity is provided by a 240 V generator and runs in the mornings and evening hours.

Horse riding is also one of the best ways to enjoy the wildlife. Here at Ol Malo we have our own horses, and these small, Somali-type ponies are strong and good for trekking. We cater for all riding levels and provide riding hats, riding jodhpurs or chaps, as well as riding boots with mainly Argentinian saddles on the horses.

Other activities at the lodge includes game drives, game walks with experienced guides, camel rides across the plains, mountain biking, cultural visits and swimming. A masseuse can also be arranged on request.
