To ensure a smooth experience for all guests, the following booking and cancellation terms apply:
• A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The balance is payable on arrival.
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
• Cancellations within 1 day of arrival or no-shows will be charged in full.
• Payments for email and telephonic bookings can be made via EFT, and a proof of payment is required to secure your booking.
Check-in & Check-out Times:
- Check-in from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Check-out from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM
• We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
• The cardholder & ID/Passport must be present at check-in.
• The credit card used for the online payment must be present at check-in.
