Important Information
Booking Terms and Payment Conditions:
* All bookings, amendment and cancellations must be made in writing and will be valid only if confirmed in writing.
* STO rates will only apply if registered agent or tour operator does the booking as well the payment
* Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days and will automatically be released, where no written confirmation is received.
* Provisional bookings made within the cancellation period will be held for 48 hours and will automatically be released where no written confirmation or cancellation is received.
* A valid credit card number has to be provided in order to secure or confirm a booking.
* A 50% deposit is required 30 days prior to arrival.
* Proof of payment (deposit or full payment) must be faxed or emailed with the confirmation number. Failure to do so can result in a booking cancellation.
* Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
* All bank charges are for the account of the client.
Please note that by the Ministry of Safety and Security, all guest are required to present their ID/Passport upon check in.
We are by law, required to make a copy of it for our documentation.
