O Lar Do Ouro Guest Lodge is located in Ponta do Ouro, on the southernmost tip of Mozambique. It is only accessible by a 4x4 vehicle as there are no tarred roads.The guest lodge offers a choice of comfortable Double Rooms, the Family Unit or the Self-catering Unit. The reefs in the area are perfect for scuba diving enthusiasts, providing the opportunity to see vibrant coral, whale sharks and manta rays. The area is also known for its whale and dolphin watching. Loggerhead and leatherback turtles are often seen laying their eggs in the sand during the summer months.

Visitors can do some surf fishing for barracuda and kingfish, while deep-sea anglers can pull out marlin, sailfish, king and queen mackerel, various species of tuna and more.
