Please note that a EUR 300 damages deposit will be requested upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the apartment during your stay. Please note that a EUR 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee (except the kitchen area) is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that the swimming pool is open June to September. Please specify the exact amount of guests while booking. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One child under 2 years is charged EUR 25 per stay in a child's cot/crib. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
