Oceans 1101 Unit 1 is located in a village named Shelly Beach in the middle of Margate and Port Shepstone.
This three bedroom self-catering holiday apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a four-seater dining table and a comfortable lounge, leading onto a private patio with outdoor furniture. There is also a communal swimming pool, garden, secure garage parking and braai facilities.
Visit a few attractions in Shelly Beach such as the Oribi Gorge, The Pure Venom Reptile Park, and African Dive Adventures.

Important Information
All visitors to please read and understand the following:
- Full outstanding balance of stay to be settled on the latest, one week prior to accommodation date.
- Absolutely no partying is allowed at this unit for this is a family based complex/unit.
- No loud music is allowed after 9pm
- A breakage deposit of R700.00 to be paid at the unit on the day of arrival, when visitors receive the unit’s keys! After the duration of stay a joint unit inspection will be done. If all is found in order with no damage the deposit will be paid back to visitor within 48 hours. If any damaged were sustained during stay, such damage will be repaired and/or replaced and the remaining monies if any will be paid back.
- Leaving an untidy unit with a heap of dishes on the day of check out, visitors will forfeit some or all of their breakage fee.
- Leave the unit as you found it.
- No drinking glasses are allowed at the swimming pool. If visitors take it upon themselves to use glasses in the swimming pool and pool equipment would get damaged, visitors would be responsible for all damages!
- When swimming, the proper swim wear are expected to be worn.
- A once off nonrefundable payment of R300.00 to be made at the unit on the day of arrival, when visitors receive the unit’s keys! This is a once off cleaning fee for the establishment to be cleaned after the duration of stay.
-The unit is equipped with towels which shall strictly be used for in-house use only.
-Visitors shall provide their own swimming towels.
-Sea Coral at Oceans 11’01 is a family based unit and no partying shall be allowed.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited within the “entire” unit. (Smoking is allowed outside of the unit)
-Unit and property rules are available within the unit and available at the Caretakers. Breaching and/or refusing to abide by these rules, shall permit the Caretakers to act accordingly by requesting assistance from the appointed security service provider to interact and request visitors to vacate the unit and premises immediately.
Without any refund for the remaining duration of their stay!
