Important Information
POLICY T's and C's Guests are required to make payment of the amount quoted for their reservation within 24 hours in order to secure the reservation. Payment must be made by credit card or direct deposit into the our bank account. Should payment not be received with 24 hours, We are entitled to cancel the reservation.All reservations made within 30 days of occupation require full payment within 24 hours of request.All reservations made greater than 30 days prior to occupation require 50% deposit of the reservation cost. Should the deposit not be received within 24 hours, is entitled to cancel the reservation.Where the number of guests for the reservation exceeds 30 people, a 50% deposit of the total reservation cost is immediately payable irrespective of the date of occupation.
