The flat is in Cape Town along the False Bay coastline in Muizenberg, a walk down to the beach for a swim or a surf. On Route to the Fish Hoek, Simons Town, Cape Point, and other beautiful sights of Cape Town. The flat is on the 2nd floor, which is accessed via a staircase. There is one parking bay available. This space is an easy, spacious home with and the necessary items to make living comfortable and convenient. There is a lovely communal swimming pool for a quick dip to cool off or relax. Kids are safe to play outside, with great security to lend a hand and ensure you feel

For long term guest only R350.00 electricity is provided, thereafter the guest must purchase their own electricity.
Family package DSTV is provided if extra viewing channels requested an extra R40.00 per day will be charged.
No alcohol allowed at the communal pool area and no braai's / barbecue allowed on the premises except at the pool area. No braai/ barbecue equipment is supplied as part of the package
There is a R1000 refundable security fee payable in cash on arrival which is refunded upon check out if there are no damages.
