This policy will only apply for bookings with stay from February 15 to April 08, 2018.. **Once the reservation has been completed, dates, change of name, reduction of nights or number of people cannot be modified. The only exception to modify will be adding nights or people, as well as room upgrade requests.**When a guest younger than 17 (years) stays in a room it requires at least one person from 18 (years) or more (parent/legal tutor) staying in the same room, this applies in all rooms. **All students younger than 18 years old require a Notarial consent from their parents / legal tutors which authorizes and accepts guest responsibilities. **
