Important Information
Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation of a reservation upto 32 days prior to arrival, incurs a cancellation fee of 35% of the deposit.
Cancellation of a reservation upto 31 days prior to arrival, incurs a cancellation fee of 40% of the deposit.
Cancellation of a reservation from 15 and 30 days prior to arrival, incurs a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation of a reservation from 7 to 14 days prior to arrival, incurs a cancellation fee of 75% of the deposit.
Non arrival results in forfeiture of the full deposit.
No refund will be given in the event of Early curtailment i.e. early check out. The guest will be responsible for the full amount of the booking.
No persons other than those quoted for are permitted to use the premises.
Late check in i.e. after 9.30 p.m. will incur a surcharge of R200.00.
A breakage deposit of R300.00 applies. Should any equipment, furniture, furnishing or linen be damaged or missing, the items will be replaced and charged for at the current new replacement value.
