North Beach House has been conceptualised to provide guests with luxurious surroundings at reasonable rates while vacationing on the West Coast of South Africa. Terms and Conditions:
Excluded in the price is a refundable breakage deposit of R2 000 plus a R 500 service fee will be payable on arrival with the breakage deposit. Breakage deposit to be paid directly to the agent via EFT prior to arrival or in cash at time of key collection.
Breakage deposits will be refunded within 10 business days after check-out, should everything be in order.

Linen and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
To avoid additional cleaning fees, please leave the property in the same condition as it was found.
As all our properties are residential homes we appreciate your respect to the property as well as the neighbours, therefore we do not permit loud parties or disruption to the neighbourhood or the home in any way.
Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM
Check out by 10AM
Late arrivals will be charged at R250 per hour or part therefore, up until 21:00, payable in cash on arrival. No check ins will be done after 21:00 and you will be considered a no show.
