★★★★★ The room was neat. The TV did not work at all. There was no heater in the room, as it was icy cold in the Free State. There was no hand towel in bathroom. You had to take your bath towel to the bathroom if you wanted to used the toilet and washed your hands The bar of soap was old and used. There were a kettle and cups but absolutely no tea, coffee, milk or sugar. We went to buy our own stuff.... Read more

★★★★★ Bedding was used and not clean , toilets were dirty , shower was in terrible condition and the window in the shower had no curtain ... There was no water ... Kettle inside was terrible condition with dirt particals falling into your cup
