Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform My-Canning Street Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note, guests will receive a confirmation e-mail from My-Apartments within 48 hours of making a booking. This must be presented upon check-in to the property. Please contact the property at least 3 days in advance for arrangements if the person collecting the key is not the lead guest. Office is open: Monday until Friday - 9.30 until 18:00 Saturday and Sunday - 10:00 until 17:00. If guests are arriving outside of these times then late check-in may need to be organised. Guests must contact the property before their arrival in the Special Requests box at time of booking to ensure any delays to their check-in can be avoided. There is short-term pay-and-display parking available on Canning Street and a local NCP located only 2 minutes away. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. POLICY_HOTEL_INTERNET WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. POLICY_HOTEL_PARKING Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 24 per day. POLICY_HOTEL_PETS Pets are not allowed.
