From Mondays to Fridays, reception is open from 06:30 until 10:00 and from 17:00 until 22:00. On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, reception is open from 07:00 until 10:30 and from 17:00 until 22:00. The reception is closed between 10:00 and 17:00. Same-day bookings made between 10:00 and 17:00 are then processed at 17:00. You can check in automatically at all times by keying in your reservation number. There is also an emergency hotline in case of difficulties. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
