Important Information

* Quiet Hours are observed from 22h00 until 06h00
* No Pets allowed.
* Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00. Late arrivals to arrange with property directly.
* Provisional booking/Confirmed bookings:
A provisional booking will be held 14 days only.
Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 14 days or the booking will be released.
Full payment is due 30 days prior arrival.
Bookings made within 30 days prior arrival need to be paid in full.
* Cancellation Policy:
All bookings/amendments and cancellations must be made in writing and confirmed by Monte Bello Guesthouse
in writing.

The following cancellation fees apply:

0 - 14 days prior arrival - 100 % cancellation fee
15-20 days prior arrival - 50 % cancellation fee
21 - 30 days prior arrival - 30 % cancellation fee
31+ days prior arrival 0% cancellation fee
