Main bedroom has large windows looking onto balcony with good light and ceiling fan. Second bedroom has single bed and ceiling fan. Lounge has air-conditioner, and there is 24-hour security at gate. Shade net covered parking.

Important Information
– Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a meet and greet fee fee of R300 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
– Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).
– We will try to accommodate all other arrival and departure times, but these can only be confirmed on the day. If you have any special requests please contact your host on mystay@ctha.co.za or via telephone on +27 (0) 84 774 5508.
- A Security Deposit is payable before or upon arrival. The amount depends on the standard of the apartment and may be changed at owner’s / management’s discretion. The deposit is payable via Cash, EFT or the Secure Payment Link sent to you by CTHA or the Check In Host. The purpose of the Security Deposit is for any incidentals including, but not limited to, Lost Keys, Damages to Property, Stained Linen, Excessively Dirty Apartment, Noise Complaints. Should no charges be raised against the deposit, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure.
