Molensicht No 8 is a beautiful self-catering apartment situated right on the beach, in Swakopmund. Various shops, restaurants and entertainment facilities are nearby.The apartment accommodates maximum 4 people plus one infant in a camping cot. It features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area. There are two TVs with full DSTV access available, as well as unlimited Internet connection. the apartment is not more than 50 meters from the beach, you fall asleep with the relaxing sound of the waves . Excellent fishing on your doorstep.
Rossmund Golf Coarse is one of very few desert courses that has grass on all 18 holes with excellent grass greens. The course was designed by Gary Player to championship standards and is only about 6 km from the apartment.
The family can play on the beach , have braais on the gas weber on the verhandah.

No pets are permitted on the property.
No smoking is allowed inside the apartment, guests can smoke outside on the veranda.
Cleaning of fish is not permitted in the complex or in the apartment.
In case of a NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE / LATE ARRIVAL the full value of the booking is payable.
Our minimum stay policy is 2 nights. In high season, (over Christmas from 18 Dec to 4 Jan ) the minimum stay will be 14 nights. Cleaning once a week is included for bookings longer than a week.
If you need the apartment to be cleaned during your stay it can be arranged for an additional fee.
We supply clean towels twice a week and linen once a week.
Please activate the alarm system when going out and the security beam when sleeping at night. One camping cot for infants under two years that stay free is available. No other persons are allowed to overnight other than those that have been reserved and paid for.
Maximum height of vehicle for secure parking is 2,08 meters.
Ring the bell of Molensicht 9 at the main entrance in Werft Street for collection of apartment keys.
We charge a refundable deposit on arrival of N$ 1000 for possible breakage.
