Important Information

Rules
• Absolutely no smoking inside the building.
• The House sleeps 10 people for the price. If more space is required, it can be provided at an additional rate.
• When leaving the house at any time unoccupied lock the doors and set the alarm. This also
applies for your departure.
• Arrival time is after 15H00 until 18:00. (Accept if arranged otherwise)
• Departure is before 10H00. Late departures will be penalized financially.
• Do not at any time sit on the furniture with wet bathing suits or dirty clothing or with food
or drinks.
• Please remove sandy shoes before entering the house.
• Do not leave the windows and sliding doors open when you leave the premises as this will
eventually ruin the furniture.
• Use coasters when placing drinks on tables.
• Do not eat except at the dining table[s]. Please report the stains immediately.
• No fish may be cleaned on the premises.
• If you break anything please inform us and settle the cost of replacement with us. Check
to make sure that the inventory is correct and declare any discrepancies when you arrive.
Recheck when you leave and report any discrepancies.
• No person shall place any refuse within or outside the premises except in the containers
and/or the refuse areas provided.
• Some of the closets may be locked and contain the owner’s items. Please respect these
closets and do not attempt to open them as it will amount to theft or attempted theft.
• Occupancy at any time, for any reason, is limited to the number of persons agreed as per
your reservation.
• Pets are only allowed when communication and got written consent from lessors.
• Vehicles must be parked on the reserved areas and not on the grass. No oil leaking
vehicles may be parked on the premises and or on brick paving.
• Washing of vehicles and or equipment on the premises is prohibited.
• Please keep the noise levels low and respect your neighbours.
• Do not move furniture around on the premises and do not take them outside.
• Make fires only in places provide and please assist in conserving nature.
• Check the terms and conditions of your reservation and comply with same.
On request, we will provide details of the nearest laundry place in town.
