Milton Lane apartments are situated in a small village of Ramsgate, a short distance to the public, private beaches, as well as a variety of restaurants.This affordable apartment can comfortably sleep six guests. There are two bedrooms and a cornered off bunk bed area in an enclosed nook just off the lounge. The main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds also equipped with an en-suite bathroom and a shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with most amenities, including a washing machine

Important Information
Rates quoted are for the whole unit and are not affected by the number of guests, provided the stated maximum occupancy is not exceeded. The advertised rate and the final quote received includes all charges and there are no additional fees with the exception of daily servicing of the unit, if requested, subject to availability. Our rates depend on the length of your stay, so we assume a seven night stay in the rates advertised - your final quoted price may increase or decrease if your stay is shorter or longer than seven nights. Linen is provided for all beds (but not sleeper couches) but we do not provide beach or bath towels or toiletries.
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure a booking. The balance is due one month prior to occupancy at risk of the booking being cancelled. A booking commencing within one month requires a 100% deposit. At risk of cancellation and/or eviction without refund, the number of guests may not exceed the published total establishment capacity and the booking must be made by an adult of 21 years or older who will be present during the duration of the booking. Guests will be required to complete and sign an indemnity and acknowledgement of house/complex rules document once the booking is finalised.
