These charges are billed directly to the client with the final balance and are payable via EFT prior to arrival.

4. Zema charges a resort fee of R1040 per booking. This will also be charged separately
5. Daily cleaning is optional and will be charged separately.

7. Security Deposit - A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is charged & must be paid seperately via EFT prior to arrival
8. ZEMA requires the ID copies of every guest to be submitted with access forms prior to arrival - the managing agent will assist with submission
Upon reciept of the breakage deposit, paid directly via EFT, 1 week prior to arrival - We will release access documentation & key collection detail.
