The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove and oven, microwave and counter. The open-plan living area has a dining table and chairs and the lounge area has a TV. Guests can bring their own DStv decoder and smart card if they want to watch DStv. The lounge area leads to a large patio with braai facilities.

The secure complex has undercover parking and a communal pool. There is also a laundry room in the complex.
