Located in a very secure and family friendly estate, the house comprises an open-plan kitchen, two lounges and four bedrooms. Just minutes from the beach, this large house in Golf Estate, sleeps up to nine guests in four bedrooms (7 beds, one mattress and another single bed in the TV room) . Two bedrooms are en-suite and there is another full bathroom.The house has been designed to stay cool in summer with a high double-volume lounge and lots of doors and windows. Outside there is a pool and a braai area. The outside patio is sheltered from the wind. Off-street parking

House on golf estate. The course is a links course, well maintained and designed. Golf club on estate The course has a walking/running track around perimeter. Very tranquil, many wetlands and parks.
They do cater for weddings at the club house.
Very family friendly, large house with garden and pool. Durable flooring, very safe, so children can play in streets, cycle, walk etc freely. Maximum speed limit 35kph on estate. Access to leisure centre with has large pool, gym and tennis courts.
Close to sea and sunsets, beautiful setting. Buck roam free on estate. Many beautiful lookout points with benches, walking paths.
