The hotel management claimed the hotel bill I did pay to Travelstart was not remitted to the Hotle by Travelstart. I had to pay another fresh bill at the hotel before I was checked in.Up till I write I have called Travelstart customer care and till now my refund have not been attended to nor paid back.Hence I am tempted to conclude that Travelstart may be fraudulent.I have sent mail with my receipts of payment to the hotel without response.
