Important Information
Your butler will assist with activity bookings, and recommend leisure interests depending on weather and tide conditions. Your butler will serve all meals and act as housekeeper during your stay. You have 24-hour hot water, solar and electricity powered, and 24-hour electricity supply with back-up generator. Bottled drinking water, tea and coffee making facilities are available. Laundry is available on a daily basis and is included in the rate.
Rates include: Full board accommodation, all drinks (except drinks mentioned under excluded), 1 return transfer to/ from Stone Town or Zanzibar Airport, private room attendant service, laundry, snorkeling with boat (one trip per person), guided reef walks and guided cultural village walks
Rates exclude: Conservation charge (US$ 5 per person per night), Champagne, cellar wines, premium brand drinks, cocktails & mocktails, shooters, diving and all other activities & excursions not mentioned in the "included" section, Mnemba Atoll conservation fees, massages and treatments, additional lunch $30pp
Matemwe Beach House takes a maximum of 4 adults plus 3 children, a total maximum of 7 pax.

We regret however that in line with the policy at Matemwe Lodge, no children under the age of five can use any of the lodge facilities. Premium brand spirits and liqueurs, cellar wines and French champagne is available but is not included in your room rate.
