Maroela Guest Lodge has 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, including corner bath and shower. All three rooms have separate air-conditioning, color TV and fridge. You are more than welcome to bring your own beverages. The Guest Lodge serves bed and breakfast. Dinner on request. It is situated on "Helshoogte", a mountain ridge overlooking the town of Thabazimbi and Waterberg Mountains.Maroela has amazing views over the Town and Waterberg mountains. PLEASE NOTE: Notify us for late arrival after 20h30 on 083 800 8014.
Cancellation:
7 days or less before arrival = 100 % (of booking total)
8-14 days before arrival = 50 % (of deposit)
15-21 days before arrival = 25 % (of deposit)
DINNER:
1. Dinner will be served from 18:00 to 19:30
2. Dinner is based on a set menu and most of the times we will have a buffet. We normally do not have buffet over weekends.
3. Please let us know the morning before check-in if you have any special dietary requirements. We will not be held responsible if you only notify us by the time, you have your meal.
4. Note that we do not have an a-la-Carte Restaurant. The restaurant is only for buffets or set menus. Please make a reservation as soon as possible so that we could prepare in time.
BREAKFAST:
1. You are welcome to make arrangements on check-in if you would like to have breakfast earlier or later.
2. Weekdays: 6:00-7:30 AND Weekends: 8:00-9:00.
CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Weekdays 9:00 and Weekends 11:00. Please note that you will be charged R250 for every hour if you have not made prior arrangements for late check-out.
WASHING:
We will gladly do your washing. Please see booklet in your room for charges.
SMOKING:
All our rooms are non-smoking. Please use dedicated areas.
GENERATOR:
1. As much as we would like to switch on our generators with every loadshedding, it is just impossible, we cannot do that.
2. Generators will not be running if loadshedding is between 22:00-5:00 and 9:00-17:00.
3. There will be internet, water pumps will work and there will be globes in your room that will work during loadshedding.
WIFI PASSWORD:
Will be given on request, or you will find it in the booklet in your room.
BREAKAGES:
Note that you will be responsible for any breakages and will be charged accordingly
