Important Information
1. On arrival should you arrive and refuse to stay in the house 100% of your money will be paid to the owner unless we get tenants.
2. Please note that no dirty dishes are to be left when you book out.
3. No Keys will be given to any guest without proof of full payment.
4. A breakage deposit of R500 which you will get back as soon as the house is inspected.
5. Please bring your own towels, family decoder and card and there is a once-off cleaning fee of R550.
