Marina Haven is very spacious and open-plan with views over the canals in Port Alfred.
The house has direct access to the tidal canals which flow into the main river and out to sea. The Marina house has excellent security with electric fencing, CCTV cameras and security personnel on patrol. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite.
In addition there are tennis and squash courts plus a swimming pool on the Marina for guests use.

Important Information
50% deposit to be paid in advance to secure the booking & the balance one month prior to occupation. Not in excess of (8) "eight people" (four rooms) to sleep in the house at any given time. We will under no circumstances allow in excess in eight people. House is not suitable for unsupervised young children as it has direct access to the canals. Minimum period of 10 days from 1 Dec 2018 - 31 Jan 2019. If Xmas & New Year are included in the time frame then a minimum of 14 days is required.
