Payment and Cancellation Policy Policy:
All payments must be paid into the bank account via EFT within 1 day of booking.
to confirm your booking. If not received it will be canceled automatically.
Interest will be charged at prime bank rate on all unsettled accounts as from day 1.
In case of No Show or cancellation within 7 days of occupying your room - 100% will be forfeited.
An admin charge of 13.5% of the booking value is made for processing cancellations (vat excl).
