You may cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival. You will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 60 days before arrival. Please inform Manta Raya Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The Manta Raya Hotel does not accept payment via credit cards. A prepayment via bank transfer or PayPal is required to secure your reservation (see Hotel Policies). Manta Raya Hotel will contact you with instructions after booking. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid in cash on arrival, in Mexican pesos (MXN). The payment must be made no longer than 72 hours after booking. Please note, that the latest check-in time is 21.00 (9.00 pm). POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. There is no capacity for cots in the room. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. POLICY_HOTEL_INTERNET WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
