Mandoryn Nege is a double-storey, four-bedroom house situated on the marina in Port Owen. The house has its own private jetty and wonderful views across the lagoon.The self-catering house features four bedrooms; the main bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the other two rooms have three single beds in each. There are also two and a half bathrooms, and the private jetty has access to both the river and the sea.The West Coast is well-known for its excellent boating, skiing, canoeing and paddling opportunities. Important Information
A Refundable key and breakage deposit in the amount of R500 will be charged for all bookings less than 7 days and payable to the manager on arrival. No breakage and key deposit - no keys. Key and breakage deposit for bookings 7 nights or longer - R1000 or more depending on the period. Damages caused by yourself will be deducted from the breakage deposit. If there is a shortfall the balance will be payable on demand. The determination of the damanges will be in the sole discression of Mandoryn Nege (Pty) Ltd. No pets are allowed.
Stay of 7 nights or longer R600 cleaning fee will be charged. The premises are solely fodr the use by the people booked unless prior permissoin has been given. An addisional fee of R1000 per day for all unauthorised people will be charged and payable upon request. No portable pools or similar devices are allowed.
