Important Information
PAYMENT TERMS
All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card.
Payments can be made via secure online payment, direct deposit, or credit card.
A 50% deposit is required within 48 hours to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 21 days before arrival.
Additional charges may be settled upon departure.
Failure to make payment as stipulated may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
In the event of an unforeseen postponement due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes), or in cases of no-shows or incorrect dates provided by the guest, all related costs will be the guest’s responsibility.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are only valid upon receipt of written notification.
The following cancellation penalties apply:
21 days or less before arrival – 100% of the total booking amount.
Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, minus any applicable administrative or banking fees.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children are welcome in rooms that accommodate up to three guests (Sapphire and Topaz Rooms).
The adult rate applies to all children staying in these rooms.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is from 14:00. Guests arriving earlier may enjoy the hotel facilities.
A late check-in fee of R200 per room applies for arrivals after 20:00.
Check-out is by 10:00. Late departures may be accommodated based on availability.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Guests acknowledge and accept that neither the establishment, its owners, employees, nor agents shall be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or destruction of property occurring on the premises. This includes incidents arising from fire, theft, negligence (gross or otherwise), or wrongful acts of any guesthouse staff or third parties.

Check in - Between 14H00 - 20H00 (a late check in fee of R200 per room will apply after 20h00)

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Guests agree on behalf of themselves and the members of their parties that neither the establishment, its owners, employees, nor agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person or the loss or destruction of or damage to any property upon the premises, whether arising from fire, theft or any cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employment of the guesthouse.
