This is a spacious self-catering apartment situated in a secure complex, right opposite the fishing pier, only a short walk to the main swimming beach.
The apartment consists of three bedrooms with ample cupboard space, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area. All bed linen is provided, but please bring your own bath- and beach towels.
The complex is secured with fencing and electric gates. There is also a communal braai area and a swimming pool. Secure parking is available in a double lock-up garage with laundry facilities.
Informed by guidelines from the Tourism Business Council and Federated Hospitality Assn, Seaside Holidays has adopted a set of COVID protocols aimed at ensuring the safety of our guests and staff.

Important Information
Rates quoted are for the whole unit, not per person. Rates quoted on this site are an AVERAGE RATE for the month in question - some months have more than one "season" with different rates for different times of the month. The quoted price includes our booking, linen and arrival and departure cleaning fee’s. When we calculate the advertised daily rate we include these fees on the assumption that you will be staying for 7 nights - your quote may vary from the listed daily rate if your stay is longer or shorter than seven nights. Linen is provided but not beach or bath towels or toiletries.
A 50% deposit is required in order to secure a booking. The balance is due one month prior to occupancy at risk of the booking being cancelled. A booking commencing within one month requires a 100% deposit. At risk of cancellation and/or eviction without refund, the number of guests may not exceed the published total establishment capacity and the booking must be made by an adult of 21 years or older who will be present during the duration of the booking. Guests will be required to complete and sign an indemnity and acknowledgement of house/complex rules document once the booking is finalised.
