About Mackouwkuil Game Lodge & Conference Venue
Deep within the mountains of the ancient Waterberg Biosphere, Mackouwkuil Game Lodge & Conference Venue is enveloped by bushveld on one side, and fringed by a dam on the other. The lodge comprises of four tents, two guest houses and 25 thatched rooms. The tents feature en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and private decks; the guest houses are ideal for executive retreats; and the luxury thatched rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi Internet access. The lodge also offers guests a swimming pool, laundry amenities, a restaurant and parking on the premises.

Mackouwkuil Conference Venue has two state-of-the-art conference rooms, one 35-seater and one 70-seater; or the marquee tent next to the water, which can cater for up to 120 day guests. The lodge has a fibre-optic network connecting all rooms.

Important Information
The Luxury Thatched Rooms have a minimum booking of ten rooms.
Rates are inclusive of VAT, three meals, coffee/tea, snacks, one game drive per day and selected beverages at meal times.
Single tent booking subject to availability.
The balance of the deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Last minute bookings – full pre-payment required.
Child policy:
Max 2 children u/13 years can share room with parents / Extra beds (camping
bed with mattress).
Children over 13 years – pay full rate and stay in own room.
Please note: Tented Camp and Main Lodge area are located next to dam. Children
must be supervised at all times by parents.
