We are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty.We have horses and dogs on the property so if you not an animal person then this is not for you. We have striking views from the top of the mountain overlooking the historical Byrne Valley, founded by the 1820 settlers. Our home is built into the mountain, which means we are off the grid have solar panels and a wind turbine, but do have Eskom back up in the event of some misty days.

Our home is built into the mountain and made of stone it’s often referred to as “The Secret House” as its hardly visible in the surrounding landscape, we have grass on the roof.
