There is a TV with a connected decoder and a radio, a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, two fridges and freezers, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.

The flat is serviced daily, except for Sunday’s and/or public holidays, with general service- excluding dishes. Other facilities include a lock-up safe, undercover parking, electric fencing and a night watch. A large swimming pool and tidal pool are directly in front of the unit.
