The lounge area has comfortable leather couches, TV and DSTV extra view(family package). The main bedroom also has a TV. The dining room/lounge area and main bedroom leads through sliding doors to a furnished balcony. Linen is provided but please bring your own bath and beach towels as well as kitchen cloths. Laundry can be done on request at an extra cost. The unit has a gas braai on the balcony that can be used at extra cost. The unit is on the first floor and the complex has two elevators that offer easy access.The unit has one undercover parking and extra visitors parking outside. The complex offers a beautiful communal swimming pool and shared braai facilities. A daily floor service (except on Sundays and public holidays) is included in the tariff.
