Terms and Conditions:
* EFT payments for same-day bookings on check-in date must be settled in full and reflect in our account;
* Total reservation price of the booking is required and must be settled before occupation;
* A refundable damage deposit of R1,500.00 per apartment is required before occupation;
* All liabilities from any cause excluded including services provided by external service providers;
* Price quote can be provided upon request for airport pickup and drop-off requests;
* ID/Passport plus credit card to be presented on arrival for verification;
* Damage deposit refunded within 0 to 7 days after check-out;
* An extra bed is available upon request at R299.00 per night;
* All children are welcome but must be under adult supervision;
* No smoking in the apartments allowed;
* No parties allowed;
* No pets allowed.
Cancellation policy:
* 0-30 calendar days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of total reservation price unless non-refundable booking policy applicable;
* > 30 calendar days prior to arrival, forfeit 0% of total reservation price unless non-refundable booking policy applicable;
* No refund for early departure prior to check-out date;
* No refund for late check-ins after the check-in date;
* No show, forfeit 100% of total reservation price.
