About Langeberg Guest Lodge

Situated in the historic town of Swellendam, Langerberg Guest Lodge offers a great accommodation choice to couples or families visiting this scenic part of the Western Cape.

The lodge has a traditional Cape Dutch design and offers guests seven charming cottages with a variety of bed configurations. Each cottage also has a spacious en-suite bathroom, a private entrance and a patio with views of the garden.

Guests can start their day off with a delicious breakfast before exploring the many attractions in the surrounding area. These include a variety of art galleries and potteries, a golf course and the nearby Bontebok National Park.

The town also has many restaurants for guests to explore. Return to the lodge to enjoy an evening swim before retiring for the night. Your friendly hosts will gladly suggest things to do in the area to ensure a truly memorable stay.

★★★★★ My wife and I had a very pleasant stay at the Langeberg Guest House. The room was well-appointed and clean; the Guest House was near to downtown Swellendam. The owners, Chris and Joy, were friendly and informative and gave us good recommendations on where to eat. Breakfast was delicious. We would have appreciated knowing, however, that the Guest House accepted no credit cards before we booked.

★★★★★ Stayed overnight en route from Knysna to the Winelands. Very convenient as its close to the N2 without being right by the traffic. A most comfortable room, large walk in shower in the bathroom and very well maintained. Very good breakfast and welcoming hosts. As it was very hot on our stay, air conditioning would have been appreciated.
