Lalandi No 4 is a self-catering fully furnished beachfront holiday cottage, ideally located in Langstrand, along the Namibian coast between Swakopmund and Walvisbay. The apartment is ideal for a relaxing break, and you can enjoy beach views from the comfort of your sun deck, or if you are lucky you may spot a school of passing dolphins or even the occasional whale. Important Information
* The reservation will be automatically released without notice if payment is not received within 24 hours of booking.
* Check-in: 14h00 and check-out: 10h00.
* As this is a self-check-in property, please ensure all relevant contact details are correct for instructions to be sent on the day of arrival.
* A once-off cleaning fee of R300.00 is added over and above the accommodation charge.
* A R700.00 refundable breakage deposit is applicable for this establishment and will be payable directly to the property owner via a card link that will be sent. If there is an outstanding balance due, the breakage deposit will be added for payment no later than 30 days before arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival (where payment was made in full), the breakage deposit is required immediately. Non-payment of the security deposit will result in check-in instructions not being sent.
* The refund of the security deposit will be processed to the card with which it was paid.
* The person making the booking must also be staying as a guest; otherwise, the security deposit will be increased.
* No pets allowed; any violation will incur a penalty fee.
* No smoking is allowed inside the unit and a fine will be charged if this rule is breached.
* No extra cots or beds are available. If a cot is required, you are welcome to bring your own.
* Weekly linen changes are provided for stays of more than seven days.
