Guests can enjoy a day trip toLake Chalawhich is approximately 35 km away or visit Grogan's Castle along the way and even browse though Taveta market. Game drives, fishing at the shores of Lake Jipe and bird watching can be arranged.

On the main Nairobi/Mombasa road take the Taveta turn off at Voi opposite the petrol station. After about 60 km take a left turn signposted Maktau gate, through which you enter Tsavo West National Park, and follow the signs to the Lake Jipe gate. The camp is situated just outside the Lake Jipe exit gate
Lake Jipe Safari Camp is 500 m from the shores of lake Jipe and just 5 minutes drive from Tsavo West National Park entrance.
