Important Information
Terms & Conditions
Reservations are confirmed when a deposit (by cash, electronic transfer or Credit Card) is received. The deposit is usually 50% of the entire amount. Balance due upon arrival. No refunds for early departure.
Smoking is not permitted inside our Lodge.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. You will be asked to give an approximate arrival time. Please contact us if your arrival time changes by more than an hour.
Damages or theft of our property are subject to charges for repair or replacement at our discretion. Whilst every precaution is taken to provide for the security of our Guests, Guests are responsible for their own property and person. Any loss, damage, theft or accident should be reported immediately.
Guest will read and observe the pool rules, understand that there will be no lifeguard on duty and agree to swim at own risk. Pool hours are from 8:00 to 6:00 pm.
Unruly behavior will not be tolerated by guest, or invited agent of guest. Immediate eviction of guest or agent of guest will forfeit the entire cost of reservation of guest, including but not limited to, any and all charges associated with disturbance.
Quiet time is from 8:00 pm until 07:00 am. Please respect other guests.
No pets are allowed
By making a reservation you indemnify and hold harmless Laibach and/or any of its employees against any damage that you and/or any of your children and/or members of your group may suffer through the use and occupation of any of the amenities, including the swimming pool, dam, walking trails and any other facilities, available to guests of Laibach and undertake not to institute any claims for damage to persons or property howsoever arising.
Laibach Vineyards Lodge is not responsible for noises or conditions beyond our control, including temporary loss of internet connection, temporary power outage, or acts of God.
