We are delighted to welcome you to our home. LagoonAndSea is our fully equipped self-catering chalet, situated in the MeerenSee section of the private Middlevlei Estate, near the mouth of the Bot River lagoon in the well-known and ever-popular Hermanus district. We strive to facilitate a pleasurable and outstanding holiday experience, providing all the necessary comforts and conveniences of a cosy family home while also offering a most unique location with breathtaking beauty and tranquil surroundings.

LagoonAndSea offers fully equipped self-catering accommodation and includes a large open-plan lounge, dining room, a full kitchen with glass top stove, dishwasher, large fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, an indoor and outdoor fireplace, barbecue facilities, and a new flat screen TV. The chalet accommodates a maximum of eight people in four separate bedrooms.

The spacious open-plan living area is comfortable and practically designed to offer holidaymakers a truly memorable beach holiday, with all the necessary conveniences of a family home, and the lounge seating area and kitchen offer stunning views towards the lagoon mouth and ocean.

The main bedroom is en-suite and the family bathroom with double wash basin is adjacent to the three other bedrooms. The chalet features flat floors and no internal or entrance steps, and the ten metres of glass sliding front doors lead onto a lawn with large shade canopy. For energetic holidaymakers, a two-person canoe is available for guests' exclusive use and comes supplied with oars, life jackets and flotation buckets.

The Cape Whale Coast and Overberg Region offers an almost overwhelming variety of activities to choose from, many fascinating places of interest to visit, and easy self-drive day trips on which to explore the area. We offer some suggestions, but will gladly assist with more information and directions should you require more guidance in order to make the most of your holiday.
