Lady Annie's Guesthouse is situated in the Northern Suburb of N1 City, Goodwood in Cape Town. Lady Annie's is centrally situated to all corners of the beautiful Peninsula. Goodwood is named after the famous British horseracing track. A racetrack was built, but was abandoned after only one meeting. Goodwood is now best known as being the home of the Grand West Casino and the world class ice-skating rink. Goodwood is also close to the Century City complex

Charles and Annatjie Hill are the proud owners. Annatjie is the one running the guesthouse and Charles is looking after the administrative side. Our objective is not be just another guesthouse, but to conform to any possible accommodation situation, whether it is to be spoilt staying short term as well as long term accommodation, overnight, weekends, holiday letting, official business stay or on course including breakfast, dinner, laundry, transport and also self-catering when the complete house is made available to holiday makers during December and January school holidays.

“Our claim to fame” started already in September 1980 when Charles was then still in the employ of the biggest Life Assurance Company in South Africa to manage all the administrative detail in the Management Training Development operation of that company, which meant the detailed planning and coordination of all training courses, including the travelling detail, meal arrangements, accommodation aspects, etc. of each delegate involved. All this experience and exposure have been implemented in the daily operation of Lady Annie’s.
