Please inform La Isla Resort in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Transportation from Caye Caulker's Airport or Dock to property is available upon request for a fee. If interested please make sure to contact the property prior to arrival.
If guests cancel within 30-days of arrival date or in case of a no show, the full reservation amount will be charged. If guests cancel within cancellation policy only 75 USD will be charged. Guests are able to modify reservations for a 30 USD fee upon request and if available only 30-days prior to arrival. The property will not be able to accommodate modifications requested within the 30-day arrival period.
