Kya Bella is a charming self-catering house situated in the Zini River Estate, in Mtunzini. It has easy access to the beach, bush walks and a river.The house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan living area with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen (Big stove and oven, microwave, toaster, Bodum, slow cooker, snackwich maker, weber Braai etc). There is a covered play area for kids, with a trampoline and a jungle gym.Guests can relax on the spacious patio leading from the lounge area, overlooking the hills and river. Sightings of reedbuck, impala, zebra, fish eagles, palmnut vultures and many other birds have been made from the house.
The beach is in a nature reserve who's entrance is a 3km drive from the estate.
There is a gym 2km from the house where you could organise a daily or weekly pass. There is a local beautician whom you could visit for all your pampering needs.
The Mtunzini golf course is 1.5km away from the house.
There is a wonderful play area for children on the premises' and the house is in an Eco estate which has picnic areas with jungle gyms, small dams which the kids will have fun fishing in and plenty of safe roads to walk and cycle on.
