Comfortable accommodation is offered in a large 1920s-era house with three bedrooms and city and sea views of Durban, and in a two-bedroom cottage in the pool garden.The main house is a beautifully renovated double-storey house. There are three bedrooms, of which two are upstairs and one is downstairs, all with two single beds and there are three bathrooms. There is also a small extra room upstairs with a kitchenette and sofa bed. A very large sitting and dining area downstairs is next to the fully equipped kitchen and leads onto a spacious deck overlooking the pool.

Important Information
We are situated in the quiet neighbourhood of Morningside, and are obliged to abide by fairly strict rules around numbers of guests, and noise. Below are our Rules and Notes, to which we would need you to confirm acceptance, before a booking can be finalised.
RULES and NOTES
• No parties.
• No people allowed onto the Kusane Durban property who are not checked-in guests. Guest numbers and identities are monitored, including by CCTV coverage of public areas.
• No music outside, including from cars. Only quiet music indoors and not after 10pm.
• No gatherings outside (including on the decks) after 9pm.
• Any gathering, inside or out, must be quiet.
PLEASE NOTE
• We require the full names of all guests who will stay at the property. On arrival, the ID document or passport of every adult guest will be scanned or photographed.
• Kusane Durban reserves the absolute right of admission and the right to evict guests who break these rules.
• If you are evicted or your right of admission is revoked, there will be no refund for accommodation payments made.
• Kusane Durban reserves the right to claim from the lead guest/s (the person/s making the booking) the cost of any damages caused or repairs made (we will provide receipts).
• The property is monitored by security personnel and CCTV. Our security officer has 24hr access to the property and will act to preserve a safe, tranquil and pleasant environment for all guests, as well as for the Morningside neighbourhood.
