★★★★★ Going to sleep hearing nothing but the river. Waking up hearing nothing but birds. One of the best camping sites I've ever visited. The bathroom area was really great with no shortage of warm water throughout the weekend.Lots of history, really good walking trails and views that are just out of this world.

★★★★★ What is there not to love. Klipdas is definitely one of our favorites. Close to the lovely town of Parys but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city. Love the ablutions with the donkey. The privacy is the best. Only one booking for the campsite. The owner was very helpful when I needed to charge my battery. Love this place on the banks of the Vaalrivier.
